JDS Design Build Wins Best of the East Bay for the 3rd Year in a Row

JDS Design Build is proud to announce that the firm has once again been recognized in the 14th Annual Best of the East Bay awards, marking the third consecutive year the company has received this honor.

The annual Best of the East Bay awards highlight outstanding businesses throughout the region, recognizing companies that demonstrate exceptional quality, service, and dedication to their craft. Being recognized three years in a row reflects the continued trust that homeowners place in the JDS Design Build team and the reputation the firm has built across the East Bay.

Founder Andrea Jeffery launched Jeffery Design Studio with a vision of creating homes that are not only beautiful but thoughtfully designed around the way people live. Over the years, that vision has grown into what is now JDS Design Build, bringing together both design and construction under one unified team.

The evolution into a design-build firm has allowed the company to expand its capabilities while maintaining the same creative vision and attention to detail that has defined its work since the beginning.

As the company has grown, so has the team. JDS Design Build now includes experienced designers, project managers, and construction professionals working collaboratively to guide homeowners through the entire remodeling journey—from the earliest design concepts through construction and completion.

This growth has also led to expanded office space and warehouse facilities, allowing the team to better manage materials, logistics, and project coordination to support a seamless client experience.

For Andrea, recognition like Best of the East Bay is meaningful not simply as an award, but as a reflection of the relationships the team builds with each client.
